I called Chad with Rarpid Rooter Plumbing and he diagnosed my problem over the phone and gave me a worst case and a best case price. After the very Rapid service the costs were detailed on the invoice and were within pennies of the original quote. I highly recomend them for all you plumbing needs. I have since recomended them to many of my friends who have recieved the same excellent service.
** Most of the time when you call a plumber, they give you like a ten hour time period of when they will be there! Chad at Rapid Rooter treated my situation like an emergency (which I thought it was) and told me someone could be at my house within two hours. About an hour and a half later, a very nice and knowledgeable plumber was in my house. He came in, analyzed the situation, went out to his truck to get some parts and had the leak fixed in a little over 45 minutes! I'm so glad I saw their ad on craigslist! I would use them again (hopefully I won't have to) and recommend them to everyone I know!

Project: Install, Replace or Repair a Main Water Pipe Rapid Rooter was great. They were able to schedule service at a convenient time for me. The technician arrived on time and finished the job earlier than expected. He was very polite and did a great job. They even replaced some additional piping without problem or delay. The price was very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend Rapid Rooter to friends and family.

Install or Replace a Water Heater We had a leaky water heater that could not be repaired.. Rapid Rooter came out the next day with a new one but unfortunately the we needed a special vented unit that was difficult to find, and more expensive. Chad looked all over the Valley and found one to install the next day. And he also did research to be able to use our existing vent, so he could save us money. His price was also less than one of the other contractor's we asked to bid on the project. I would not hesitate to use them again, and would recommend them. Install Plumbing in a Remodel or Addition Chad and his assistant, came in a did exactly what they said they would for the exact price they quoted despite that it took an hour longer. They were also significantly lower in price than others. Highly recommend Chad and Rapid Rooter. Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain good job
